On 4th of april'2019, i booked a package for leh ladakh with oyo-or rather its better to say they (Mr. Akram khan, sales agent on the part of oyo) forced me to book that with a token amount of rs.5000 that very day, and claimed "its refundable, i[censored] cancel it tomorrow"-and the next day when the itinerary was sent i was not satisfied with the places they were taking so i called them to cancel my booking and asked to refund my token amount and immediately they (Mr. Harinder singh, manager) declined to refund my money which was claimed to be refundable previously and told that this is not in their policy. Then they suggested me to add my desired places in the package with an increase in per person cost, i got convinced in that too (I am emphasing "too", as at first they said they will take me to those places in that previous per person quoted amount only) and finally they hang up the call by assuring that by next day they will send me a revised itinerary with the increase in per person cost. And after that conversation a good 15 days passed, yet didn't receive neither any mail nor any confirmation about the package. After 15 days i received a whatsapp text from akram khan-"when will you make 25% payment sir"
Oyo travels is so cheap and such a fraud co. That they could contact us for the next payment but not send the itenary and neither confirm the package. So beware from oyo related anything their hotels and holidays. They are just waiting to steal your money. Don't dare to book anything with them online. At first they will convince you to book at a cheaper price after that when you book they will be nowhere to response to your any query. Already many people have been cheated by this oyo company. I strongly want to forward my complaints to the ceo of oyo company mr. Ritesh agarwal to look upon to this matter. Did he open a new toy of stealing money from the people in the veil of holiday packages? I have all the valid evidences. Was this information helpful? |
