I had recieved this package of Ooty, coorg and Kodaikanal on 13th of April from Mr. Bragta Hemant and the package cost as mentioned in the attached file is of 46, 000/- INR. So I paid the 25% amount of total package cost, i.e. Rs 11, 500 to confirm my booking(Booking Id - XYFT7940). Later on I got a call from Mr. Akhil Sharma that the package provided by Mr. Bragta Hemant was wrong and it was a mistake from his end, and hence the amount will be increased. Later again I got a call from Mr. Rajat and although asking him for the final amount for multiple times and continuos follow-up from 4 to 5 days there is no response from OYO's end, rather day by day they are increasing the package amount as of 54, 000 Rs 5 days ago, then 66, 000 Rs a day ago and 69, 000 Rs today and I am not the responsible person for the wrong package from OYO.
Also, due to lack of trustworthiness I do not want to book any kind of package or room with OYO anymore and now I want the complete refund of the payment of 11, 500/- Rs that I have made to OYO.
I do not have anymore patience to wait for my refund so in any case where I will not get a satisfactory reply to this mail or the refund of the complete amount that I have made I will go ahead to file a cyber crime complaint in Delhi Police against OYO and Mr. Bragta Hemant for the cheating that has been done with me from OYO's end.

Same problem I am facing. They just are asking for 100% payment. We have paid 25% already and now they say we wil share flight details 3 days prior to flying.

I had booked my Sri Lanka package from Oyo Total Holidays and paid 25% advance after they constantly kept calling me (even on weekends). After the ongoing tensions, I asked them to cancel the package and they told me that refund won't be an issue as they are no longer taking bookings for Sri Lanka as they situation there is too bad and I shouldn't be worried about it!
I have constantly called the agenct - Vikas Sharma and he has not responded to any of my mails or calls. He just puts it on his supervisor and disconnects the phone if I call him from a new number.
This is the worst customer service ever. Also, a major fraud agency.

Did u get ur refund?I also faced similar condition with musafir holidays & I hvn't got my money back.Can anyone suggest how we can get our money back?What action we can take ??Consumer forum also not useful.

Sir, We have holiday package id PKG- XOEA7850 for Kerala honeymoon tour. Currently we are on holiday and the hotel you have provided in Munnar is not at all good. We are continuously calling oyo customer care to move us to other hotel but not getting proper response. Now they not even picking up the call. You played major role to ruin our holiday trip. Thanks for such bad experience.

I have booked a package to rajasthan through oyo and paid full amount. However, i have not received any confirmation yet regarding flight details and hotel. While checking the flights at indigo site, it is showing invalid details.
I have to depart tomorrow 4oct But i have not received any booking details. I am scared as i have paid 170000 for this trip.
This is really very disappointing. Also, they are repeatedly changing the hotels in my package and not able to fulfill their commitment.

I booked a package to Kerala and paid 25% advance payment. I had to cancel because of their unprofessional behavior. Pathetic customer service and unprofessional staffs. We were told that they will pay a refund of 40% once cancelled. To my surprise, after I cancelled the tour, no refund was provided to me. Horrific experience.

So i called Total Holidays Customer care, Customer care told me thay your Booking was cancelled as if I don't cancel my Bookings

OYO Total holidays is shut down from 1st DECEMBER 2019 & They are harassing customer who booked with them, before 1st Dec. Also they are not publicly announcing their failure still & taking new bookings in OYO rooms. Mr Ritesh Agarwal announcing big big things in public & media & doing nothing actually. It is just a wrong picture painted as young successful entrepreneur in media. He is total failure & his team just cheating customer openly in market & doing mental torture to already booked customer. They are not willing to announce in market shut downs of their businesses. I am one of client who got suffered & harassed due to their Total Oyo holidays company shut down.
