On 30.07.15 we have recharged rs.3000.00 (rs.1000.00 each 3 times) in airtel ats counter jayanafar for which we attached the copy of the receipt.
But we have received only rs.1000.00 on 30.07.15. On checking with the airtel currenvy counter and customer care they said that balance rs.2000.00 is utilised for internet. Unforunately we have dont have internet connection to the above mobile number.
Please verify the same credit back the balance currency for rs.2000.00
immediately.
