P.N.Gadgil Jewellers charges 2% surcharge on credit card transaction.
As we confronted them by saying that it is RBI rule that merchants can't charge the surcharges, they said it is their policy and they don't care about RBI rules.
When we said that we will report the issue to RBI, Bank and Consumer forum, their only reply was, you can do as you wish, but we will not wave it off.
