[Resolved]  Pacl India — amount is not coming

Dear Sir,

I apply PACL refund online sebipaclrefund.in 2years ago. But
Present we were not received any PACL Refund claim/Land.

We call to PACL contact us on[protected] many more times. But it was no response and No Edit Option there at PACL site.

I cheque that SEBI/ Status of payment to investors all details.
and also observed

We have declared `Yes` for Land allotted field in the claim application. No Edit option there above .
UAN NO's Total Claim Amount same. But eligible refund amount is ₹ 0 (ZERO)
Claim application status:

Your application (PACL certificate No. - Uxxxxxxxx) could not be processed at this stage and you may await notification in this regard.

My & Customs Refund Claim have declared `Yes` for Land allotted field in the claim application. So we request you to please modify/rectify above PACL UAN NO's.

In this present situation Carona Virus (Pandemic COVID - 19) We suffer with No work No Money and Tension with Customs pressure for Refund Claims.

So please send above PACL UAN NO's. Edit Option and Refund claim as early as soon as possible.

Present My Claim application status:

Your application (PACL certificate No. – Uxxxxxxxxxx) could not be processed further as you have declared `Yes` for Land allotted field in the claim application.

What problem am declared Yes` for Land allotted field?

I Call to PACL helpline[protected] more times but not connect.
And also more times mail to [protected]@sebi.gov.in

This month end soon for this claim.

How to solve my PACL Refund claim?

So Please help me this situation.
