COMPANY TAKEN ORDER FROM COURT AND BRANCH WILL OPEN AGAIN IN FEW DAYS, DURING THIS PERIODE IF CUSTOMER NEED HIS MATURITY IT WILL GIVEN BY ANY OTHER BRANCH OF PACL IN ALL OVER INDIA.

THIS COMPANY IS WORKING UNDER FINANCE MINISTRY,DEPARTMENT OF COMPANY AFFAIRS,COMPANY EARLIER KNOWN WITH THE NAME OF PGF INDIA LIMITED WHICH IS CHANGED ITS NAME TO PACL INDIA LIMITED BECAUSE OF SOME COMPANY AND GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS COMPANY EARLIER NOT REGISTER FOR THE WORK OF REAL ESTATE SO COMPANY DECIDED TO TAKE NEW LICENSE FOR THE SAME WORK WITH NEW NAME, PGF CUSTOMERS ARE AUTOMATICALLY TRANSFERRED IN PACL AND THEY HAVE TAKEN THEIR MATURITY AMOUNT FROM PACL BRANCH OFFICE.
PEARLS GROUP IS A ONE OF THE BIGGEST GROUP IN INDIA WHICH DRIVES INFRASTRUCTURE BUSINESS,LAND DEVELOPMENT, HOSPITALITY SERVICES,HOTEL AND RESORTS,P7 BROADCASTING COMPANY,AND MANY MORE SMALL DOMESTIC BUSINESS WHICH EMPOWER THE COMPANY STRENGTH.

Before investment, I want to confirm the following: Q1) Whether I can see my account (Policy/ FD/ RD) in PACL on the internet, so that I can get an assurance that my account is authentic and my premiums are getting timely deposited? If yes, how can I register myself Online in PACL (without needing any agent)? Q2) After maturity, whether I will be forced to take the Land only, or will I have the option of taking maturity value (money)? Q3) Can I deposit the Premium amount ONLINE in PACL? Q4) Why "Account Payee" cheque is not accepted by PACL Agents for depositing the premium amount? Q5) Whether the Land is alloted by PACL to its investors only in the areas like Pokhran (Rajasthan) or near Pakistan border? Q6) Whether the maturity amount will be tax-free as the agents claim? Sir, I recived cheque of Rs 1900/ from PACL INDIA LTD from Allahabad office but the name mentioned was TEHRA BEGUM BANU sorry to say that it is wrong and my name is only TEHRA BEGUM. I contact to Allahabad office but they say that it is mistake of head office and send it to Jaipur office. Then I send this cheque no. 44412 by registered post on dated 16/12/2010 to Jaipur PACL office at AMBER TOWER but sorry to say that there is no any response from this office. Sir I am village farmer and cannot know the procedure and rule, will u please try and give justice in this matter. I, Vinod Kumar Verma, was working in PACL India Limited as Sr. Estate Executive (Code No. [protected]) from Nov 2005 to Dec 2009. During this tenure I was an outstanding performer. I have received various appreciation letters for my contribution for bringing an outstanding business for the organization. But in Dec 2009 because of some issues with my seniors they have blamed me that this person is involved in anti- Company activities & misguiding our premier field associates. On the basis of these false complaints company terminated me & refused to give my remaining remuneration/incentives. When I asked them to give an explanation why my incentive was blocked, then they said that as we have already sent you the notice for that disciplinary action taken against me . Which i didn't get at all. If they would have send my any such notice then they would surly be having my receiving. The incentive was of around Rs 50,000 + Rs 50,000 (ORC).

I want the justice. Could you help me out

I have been suggested by some agent to invest in PACL India Ltd. Before investment, I want to confirm the following:

If investers loss them money the govt will take response or not. my agent tell me the company can give plot registory as a security document and if the invester wants to take a land equeasition he give the notice to the company before 6 month of the maturity of the plan.Please send me the information quick as possible....

PACL India Ltd. a compnay having chain system business to promote their business to join others & earn money. But after some time the senior guys forced the junior ranked people to invest for monthly gift i.e. TV,Wrist watch,VIP Bags etc.. to improve their business or target.Otherwise they used their reference & stop the commission at the branch. I would like to know who has given the pemission to stop the commission. According to the company terms & conditions or rule of any chain system business, the higher ranked person will get the commission if their junior doing good work in the field.Obviously the should support the junior.

I had invested in a Plot Scheme Regd nO. U[protected] in my son Muthumanigandan D's Name in the year 2003 and remitted the installments Rs. 5460 for 3 years. through the agent. Subsequently he has not turned up and the scheme ended on 9/3/2009. I preferred closure of the account on 19/8/09 and was eligible for Rs.16380/-. The office was so much crowded and I found hard time to close the account as if I went for borrowing. The amount was paid on next day with great difficulty. I found that Rs 193/70 (liqudated damage) and Rs 6000/- towards 20% ev. Charges on face value had been deducted for no reason. I was not paid any interest on my investment of Rs[protected]*3) but deduction of Rs 6193/70 was made. No one could able to pay attention even to clarify. I wrote complaint on 10/3/10 to their Delhi Office and reminded on 56/10. So far no one replied. The unauthorised/unexplained debit was not paid. Even I was not paid interest too. I found some one had addressed the poor administration in the same consumer complaint column. I too had my complaint so that it reaches proper hand and our money paid back. Please let us know whom should I approach if they had not paid/replied.
