[Resolved]  Pahwa Motors Safdarjung New Delhi — tata tigor car after one month break down

Dear sir/madam,

I am Girish Dutt, i am working as a sales & Marketing in delhi.
As a Indian i thought let support our country and use our country products so I decided to buy a car and i went to Pahwa motors safdarjung, New delhi.

I visited the Pahwa Motors Safdarjung New Delhi tata showroom so many times but i finalised my Tata Tigor XT Petrol Car and booked it on 25th Feb.2018 and they delivered my car next day on 26th Feb.2018 after apying full amount as i have exchanged it from my Maruti Wagnor and i have to fight for a good exchange deals and after long negotiation i got the deal but noit upto my expectation as i have told them to give me exchange offer then they provide me the same, as there sales manager Mr. Ved was not aware of this thing also, infact they didnot offered me for test drive but i managed it also.
after driven 3700 km yesterday (15th April 2018) my car got Break down between merrut-Rajnagar( uttarpradesh) around 3.30pm i called my Show room person he said u please call there service centre person Mr. Surender who is in Okhla, i called him up and he said u please call there customer care and they will help me out.
I called customer care person and after waiting for 40 minutes that person came he checked and he referred my car to nearest tata motors service centre( Sab Motors Mohan nagar); after again waiting for 35 minutes toaing crane came and take my car to SAB Motors Mohan nagar and there Mr. Virender and Mr. Gaurav team help me and they finally sort out the issue and handover me my car, but i did not got any call from pahwa motors showroom not even from there okhla service centre whether my problem got sort it out or not.
Again next day (16th April) i got a call from SAB Motors regarding the feedback of my car, but i didnt get any call from Pahwa motors.
Is this the way Pahwa motors treats there customers .
One thing i am totally surprised that its my new car and how come it got break down which is not even two months old or Showroom people they didnt checked before delivering the car or may be technically there should be some fault from Tata Motors.
After this incident i am driving very carfully my car as i am loosing my faith and trust from Tata Motors and very soon i have to sell my car and again i have to go for Maruti cars.
