1) I have all the phone recording & email proof about how the sales team providing false information & commitment in order to add new customer.
The sales executive forcing me for getting my signed cheque with agreement by providing false information on phone.
This was related to opening OD A/c with bajaj-z fnserve through "paisabazaar"
Kindly sue this company in order to ban it.

2) Also by obtaining my online filled information for Loan, their credit card team also calling unethically.

Updated by sinha.kg a) Processing fee was agreed by sales executive as 1 % but in quotation, it has not been changed from 1.8%
b) FFR fee has been added without notifying me in last quotation.
