Worst Mutual fund service ever.
My account with Number: [protected]
I had requested for a redemption of 3 mutual funds on 2nd June and still didn't receive the amount. After 20 days of follow up they said bank account number was incorrect, however I have deposited from the same account number while doing the investment. I think you are telling this wrong account number to every customer who asks to withdraw the money.
I have asked for a bank account change for 4 of my funds on June 20th but till now it's not been changed. I have submitted all of my documents as required. Whenever I call you say please wait for 5-6 days. I have been following up since 2 months now and still no results.
I have contacted over emails, calls and even WhatsApp still no reply. For every call the wait time is 30 minutes.
It has been a mental harrassment for me as I have to take time from my busy schedule to follow up since 2 months. I am totally upset with the service and I will file a official case soon.
