My sister and mother visited the Palani Reliance Trends(Dindigul District, Tamilnadu) shop on[protected] late evening. The store had only 4 staff, one at the bill counter, and the rest were not responding to any queries and were idle. Despite 4 bill counters, only one was functioning, whilst shopping, the man at the bill counter was undisciplined in dealing with customers.

My sister bought two sets of dresses when she approached to get them billed, the staff at the counter was very unfriendly. He had explicitly told to wait as he was busy arranging for a customer who purchased for 8000 rupees.

To add insult further, the unabashed staff was selecting gifts for the customer who bought for 8000. A simple skilled staff would have prompted the waiting customers to get billed and later arrange gifts. In a moment of vexation, they had to put aside their dress and walk away. Teach them rudimentary etiquettes before recruiting, his propensity seems to have no inklings of decency.
