Pan Business — pan dispatched but not received

I applied for Pan card and my pan card status shown that my pancard no.(DWLPM4771E) DISPETCHED through register Post vide Consignment no. RM[protected]IN On Dt.10/07/2017.But till to day I didn't received my pan Card.
and Postal inquiry Shows ' Record not Found'. Please inquired the matter and help me to get my pan card as possible as early.I need it.

My self mohit singh and i was applying online pan card correction so i did not get any reference number or application number and also i have done successfully payment 107 rs so i dont know what is happening with me so kindly help me otherwise plz refund my amount
