I had invested Rs.62100/- towards room nights of pancard clubs ltd. Mumbai on 29.9.2012 for a period of 39 months. Eventhough the same got matured on 29.12.2015 and I could not avail any of the room nights I have surrendered the concerned certificate with folio no.[protected] to the branch office at Kumta with a surrender value price of Rs.86940/- during November 2015 the PCL co. has failed to pay me the SVP amount till date and even not receiving the telephone calls.
