[Resolved]  Pan Card Fee Amount Deducted — pan card fee deducted but process stuck in between with error

Hi,
I have applied for pan card online & also paid the amount through hdfc bank net banking. But after applying i have not received any pdf. I talk twice with customer care representative & they told me they will send me the final pdf in my gmail mail id. But till now it's pending & i am unable to send my documents for getting new pan card. Please find all the details mentioned below.
