[Resolved]  Pan Card Online For India — no response from the service provider and the line is always switched off and no response for my mail

I have applied online on 11/08/2018 in pancard online online portal. Hard copy of the application and proof was also sent to their address by speedpost
After seven days they have given one acknowledgment by mail and when tracking it says no such number exists and after calling nsdl delhi understand it is not updated
This people are not responding the call or mail. I need to have the pan number immediately which is very much required for joining in a company
