[Resolved] Pan Ind — pan card not received

I have applied pan card through pan ind website and untill now there has been no responce from them i will call them daily but it just says please wait untill we connect to staff but it never connects and the mail support system people will always mention it is in process and as 3 days back i have asked for refund they gave me the coupon number which is of no use with out order id and they arent providing with any order id it has been 1 month 20 days since i applied the pan through them and the service is pathetic

Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.
