Panasonic — Ac received in worst packing no response from dealer and mfg

I bought an ac from vasanth & co sale at nandambakkam on30/03/17. After that not delivery the ac subsequent many follow up they delivered ac in damaged packing condition. I spoke to panasonic sales manager and service manager, they confirmed that company packing is like that because of transportation. After that till today they didn't send installation person. No response from the company side and dealer side.
This japanese company service very worst in india. because we are not take the action seriously.

I agree with you that Panasonic, Chennai has a very poor record of service to customers, as my experience with air con delivery and installation, has been similar to yours.
