Since 07 days, all the videos are moving very slow. It is showing as slow motion. Please give me suggestion or advice to follow further.
My AC is not working and I logged 1st complaint 31st August'2017 and today is 4th Sept'2017 and still I have not received any support from the company.
On 31st when I logged my complaint they customer care executive said that they will SMS the complaint number along with other details and yet I have not received the complaint no.
Since 31st August i am repeatedly calling the customer care centre I yet after 5 days no one has attended my complaint.
I escalated the matter to seniors on 2nd Sept'2013 morning and he assured me that my problem will be attended at the same day but no one has yet attended.
I lives in hyderabad at Banjara Hills and its Sept month & weather is comfortable here and i don't thing its high time for AC.
If they are having such kind of service to a customer in this season ( not rush hours) then God only knows what will happen if our AC will get problem during summers.
Panasonic claims that they will attend the problem within 24 hours but in spite passing 5 days still my problem has been not even attended.
I would like know you all that my AC is just 2 years old.
I would request to the seniors of Panasonic to pls. intervene and get my problem solved and also request you to pls. improve the service centres to build the trust on your customers.
