This is to inform you that i have purchased Panasonic split ac from Great Esatern Dalhousie branch on 6th March, 2017. On the installation day when the sealed carton of Panasonic AC was opened bt the technician it was found damaged. i had called panasonic and Great Esatern for replacement, despite several calls and shop visit it was replaced after 10 days. subsequently technicain revisited my house to install the Replaced AC. while doing the installation the Technician broke my house wall inner and outside and left it as it is and also after leaving the house took the Service coupon along with him. Moreover the technician didnt bother to check the installation and said that the work is done and left the house. after the technician left the house i started to on the ac the ac is not getting cool i recompalined in panasonic this time new technician visited my house and siad that there is leakage in the pipe. to my utter surprising the new ac is leaking thats really great for me. all the pipe which were used by the technician during installation are old and leaked pipes and took the amount of new pipes along with other charges as the installation was free for me.
these people are just cheating the consumers as they have charged me alot and moreover the installation is not being done till date[protected] more than a month.
on subsequent call to customer care they are asking to contact Service Centre and this service centre people are just hopeless and useless.
the damage of my house and is making me face a lot of problem and these people are just not words for them.
i just want my refund back and no more installation is being required by me and also i need the compensation for damage of my house. Was this information helpful? |
