I am writing this mail after getting disappointed with your product for 2 long years. I am convinced to the fact that you people don't believe in the principle of "Customer Satisfaction". Well, we have suffered a lot and now finally i have completely lost my patience. Now please go through the below mentioned details of your product as well as the details of how and when the fault occurred: PRODUCT : PANASONIC AIR CONDITIONER (WINDOW) 1.5 tonne MODEL/ YEAR : CW-YC1814YA / 2014 DEALER: DURGA ELECTRICALS, SANGAM SHOPPING COMPLEX, SHAKTINAGAR, DISTT.- SONEBHADRA, UTTAR PRADESH, PIN CODE - 231222 No. from which the complain was lodged is [protected] by the name of MR. SANJAY DUBEY Installation date of air conditioner - 03-May-2015 Occurrence of first problem - 19-May-2015. AC got stopped working suddenly i.e. in other words it got tripped, after 15 days of installation. Then, the complain was launched because as far as my understanding goes, air conditioner could not get tripped with 2 weeks time. Service Engineer from RENUKOOT named MR. RASHID saw the problem and gave a statement that "It is a common phenomenon, it keeps on happening in summers in all kinds of AC's". He left giving such a vague statement. After that this tripping continued for 2-3 times and then again and again complain was lodged with continued follow ups on the problem. In the month of Jun'15, the service engineer visited and was not able to give a clear statement about the issue. In Mar'16, a new problem arouse related to the display of the AC. The temperature was itself getting decreased after a certain intervals. Again the complain was lodged and no instant action was taken place irrespective of the continuous follow ups. Then finally, on 13-Aug-2016, the display was changed and Rs. 900 were charged for the same. Again, after that in Sep'16, the same problem occurred thrice i.e the AC again got tripped and it was concluded by service engineer MR. MD. TAHIR, that the compressor is faulty. His response came after one month i.e. on 15-Oct-2016 and he bought the fresh compressor with him but he refused to changed it, telling that winters have started so after wards the issue will be resolved. The final follow ups with a continuous hope to get our problem resolved was taken in Feb'17 and till date we have received no response, which is not acceptable at all at my part. You people have deliberately crossed the time zone of the warranty period of 1 year so that you don't have to repair the AC on FOC basis. Well, according to my understanding the AC was faulty from start, and that faulty piece was installed at our end. Please confirm with your manufacturing unit as well as your quality department that how come you have dared to install such a faulty piece. I want a reply to this mail as soon as possible otherwise i will be forced to lodge a complain in the consumer's forum court. I also want a free of cost replacement of AC for the same.
