Dear sir,
Refer to said invoice no. I would like to bring your kind notice that an 1 ton split, 3star ac (Model no. Cs-kc12sky3) was purchased from m/s khosla electronics pvt ltd, dalhousie branch. On 24/04/2017 by me. During installation of the same it was observed by concern installer (Installer, authorised by panasonic) and me as well that once it had been put on, the whole indoor unit was being started vibrating like anything. After being inspected by them it was observed that the runner is disputed and and to some extent finge was damaged. I immediately requested them to uninstall the indoor unit and replace it with new one only as i received it with these disputes. They confirmed verbally that it would be done after a inspection of senior technician and left my place. But now they are denying to replace it and instead of replacing they are keen to replace the runner only. They casually uttering that damaging of finge is a common phenomena and that may happen during installation. As if i am supposed to receive it with damaged finge only. At the end of arguement they concluded that they only could replace the runner and nothing else.
Now my question is that after spending my hard earn money should i deserve a disputed/repaired ac from panasonic or i should get it replaced with a new indoor unit from panasonic.
