Panasonic — In warranty repair of my mobile

My panasonic mobile gd25c display was defective i summited my mobile on 26 april to your service center i pic solution preet vihar delhi till date i have not received any communication from them and their phone is always not reacable ialso tried to contact your rm mr kuldeep raina but he also didn't pickup my phone my phone is in warranty imi no is [protected] pls look into the matter and oblige.
