I purchased Panasonic Econavi fridge in may 2017 from a panasonic dealer named ajanta trading company based in Tonca, Panaji Goa for a price of Rs 33000... with 2 years warranty
But within 1 year of warranty it started giving problems.
The fridge was filled with ice and a loud sound used to come which could be heard in the next room and then suddenly all the ice melted and it stopped cooling..
We sent the complaint to the Dealer, he sent technician and it started worked again but just for 5-6 months
Again the same problem happened 4 times in this warranty period
every time we complained the dealer sent a technician to rectify
We told him to give a replacement for the fridge but he didnt do it
How can a new fridge break so many times within the warranty period
Now the warranty is over in may 2020and already this is the second time I am complaining to the dealer
This fridge is become a nuisance for us... its mental torture..everytime all the food items gets spoiled
We want a complete refund of over money and henceforth never ever buy a panasonic products
We are fed up .
