We had a bad experience post buying a Panasonic 584 L with Inverter Side by Side refrigerator (NR-BS60VKX1, Dark Grey). We Purchased this refrigerator on 3rd October 2021, by Paying RS.58740/- from Amazon.
We are just into the 7th month since we purchased this and the same is not in a working condition. Inspection by Panasonic technician confirmed that the Heater, Thermo fuse & sensor of this refrigerator has got damaged and needs replacement. Fridge also produces huge noise while working which we understand should not be the case for an Inverter refrigerator. Kindly note, right now we are not in a position to connect the refrigerator to the power supply as it causes dripping of the power and is impacting the power supply at our residence. We strongly feel that the refrigerator that was delivered to us was a faulty one and was not leaving upto the Panasonic brand.
We had contacted customer care & subsequently service center manager (Manjunath) to highlight the issue and request for a product replacement rather than fixing up certain parts which are faulty for the time being. However this request was denied which we felt was unfair. We believe fixing certain parts may solve the problem for time being but may not be helpful in the long run as the product warranty will end in October 2022. Was this information helpful? |
