In November'2016 I placed a request for repairing My LED TV with your customer care, However after few days I got a call from a technician from a firm known as 'Customer Support Center located at kurla(East), Mumbai.They took my LEDTV and got it repaired and they charged me Rs.10500/-(ten thousand five hundred) for replacing back light, however after chasing them for a month they didn't provided me the details of exact part which was replaced and they also gave me a 6 months warranty for the same part.However in April'2017 my LEDTV started facing the same problem, again I contacted the same firm and they assured me that my LEDTV will be repaired without any charges as its still under warranty period.However this time they took approximately a 20days time to collect the LEDTV from my house.Moreover after taking LEDTV they asked me to pay Rs.4000/-(Four Thousand) more as a service charge to repair the same TV, but this time I denied them to pay anything further as the part which was replaced in the month of November'16 was still under warranty, after escalating the matter to their senior manager they delivered the LEDTV but in a very bad condition.i.e. there were scratches on side panel as well as on screen, panel fitting was not done properly, the picture quality of LEDTV has become very poor.After escalating this issue their senior manager asked me to pay Rs.4000/- upfront to avail further service.
Request you to address this issue at the earliest.As this type of service provider contractors/technicians are the cheating the clients in the name of Panasonic and ultimately they are spoiling the trust of consumers in the brand name "PANASONIC".
