Bought the above TV on[protected] at Chikmagalur Karnataka from M/s Annapurna Electronics. Stopped functioning on[protected]. No display only vertical brown lines appear. Complaint lodged on same day at customer care centre. Complaint no is R[protected]. Technician visited from Shimoga service centre and after a week service centre replied that TV set has to be replaced. It was confirmed by SMS from customer care centre. Now till today there is no further progress. Shimoga service centre says new set will be dispatched from company directly but no time limit. Is it fair? Already 15 days have elapsed. How much time still I have to wait? This is not expected from reputed company like Panasonic. If service centre is unable to provide details where should I contact further to resolve my issue.
