I have purchased newly launched mobile mark eluga 2. after 7 days itself i am facing issues with handset.
Issue with product is screen is getting lock permanently and unnecessary extensive heating issue. once it is lock then touch pad is not at all working. Service center has updated the software but same issue. They told me that there is hardware configuration issue.it is company manufacturing defect.
Panasonic service center is not supporting for online purchasing of Panasonic mobiles for replacement. Worst support i ever seen.
Please find attached copy of receipt from service center. Complaint enrolled date 24th Dec 2016. till now no response from service center.
