I have purchased panasonic eluga icon set at 01.09.2015. After one month of purchased it's starting problems of hangings.After format it functions good but in december 15 again started hanging very badly. I went to service centre in lucknow to replace/repair.They change its motherboard and starting functioning very good.in march 16 again hanged very much.Again deposit in service center of haridwar.After format and services it starts again.in august 16 set hanged very badly.I went to nearest service center in neemuch(Mp) i.E. Bit computers, near telegram office, opp jaal school, neemuch-458441(M.P.) receptionist called to next day @16 aug, next day he said that set is not acceptable due to repair of set in lucknow which was an authorised service center and again call me to 17 aug and that day he flatly denied to receive set and demands for 10000₹ as repair cost.Next day i called customer care center of panasonic they suggested me another service centre i.E. Shreejee marketing.He also demanded for courier charges, and service time 25 day fm date of deposit.My sets warranty period will expire at 01.09.2016.If after 25 days of deposited they denied to repair what can i do.Please take action against this service centre either i will go to consumer court because i have mentally and physically harassed after purchasing this set.Please change my panasonic eluga icon set or free of cost repair.
