Panasonic — More than 10 days and no repair of the product within warranty

I belong to Mumbai and stay in Malad West. My designated service center is Micro services. my Washing machine is under warranty and is not working since 4th of june. I logged a complaint but toll date they have not been able to resolve the same. Everytime i call them, they provide me a new request no. which are as follows and keep giving me different /fake commitments:

I am really frustrated with this response. Kindly do the needful. Either get this machine repaired or please return my money and take this back.
