Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a 32" TV from Panasonic on 27th February 2017, and it seems tht I hv taken the worst decision to choose it over the other competitive brands.
The product was defective and started creating problems within 30 days of purchase. It started going Off and On itself, sometimes remains Off for more than an hour. And to make it worse it has gone down permanently on 26th March 2017. Then I had registered a complaint, service representative came and changed the board of a newly purchased TV after 4 days of registration of the complaint.
Still I have managed and thought that electronic gazets some times create problems, but the same problem still persists, just the frequency of going OFF/ON has been reduced. I had complained so many times, called so many times but got no solution yet.
I have talked to so many persons from Panasonic. One Mr. Ayan gupta had responded positively after calling him so many many many times, but still I got nothing with regard to this product.
I fed up with the product, with the service and with the attitude of the Panasonic representatives.
Just want a support; i[censored] can suggest that is there any solution for this product available to you, or I have to get it through the consumer forum.

Maine Date 08/04/2017 Ko Apne Led Tv Ke Installation Hetu Sampark Kiya Tha But Kisi Karan Se Us Request Ko Cancelled Kar Diya Gaya. Mere Pass Us Tv Ka Original Bill Nahi Hai Kyonki Yeh Tv Mere Dwara Purchase Nahi Kiya Gaya Hai. Use Mujhe Mere Sasural Walo Ne Kharid Kar Diya Hai. Kripya Bataye Ki Uska Installation Ho Payega Ya Nahi."
