After registering for re-installation of AC in Hoodi, Bangalore; I got a call from a serviceman...who sent 2 other guys to my house for installing AC. These guys seemed to know nothing. Once work was done they charged me Rs.3025 for adding a copper pipe. When asked for receipt, they said they cannot provide receipt. After a lot of clarification, they provided a hand-written bill of a local dealer which did not have a single hint of Panasonic Company. I felt as if they were people who have come from anywhere and asking me to pay Rs 3025.
After 2 days... when the AC stopped working, I had to call Customer care again and ask for another technician. Another technician came and told me that installation was completely wrong and there was leakage and told I have to call the previous technician for this. When I contacted the customer care again... they are charging me for not having any details of the previous technician. No details...nothing is with the customer care and they are behaving like dumb fellows... Some people came to my house ... ruined my AC and left...and no support anymore from anyone.
