Panasonic — Non delivery of panasonic air conditioner

Dear Sir, , I have purchased a Panasonic Airconditioner, from Vijay Sales Linking Road Khar West branch yesterday.
My Sales order isV.No114-LRD05-17SOCHT161 Dated26/05/17 code:[protected]
The address to be delivered was B23, Trimurti, North Avenue, opp Vithaldas Mandir, Santacruz West, Mumbai400054
Some how the delivery was sent to Borivali East.I just cannot understand why?
Please see that the AC is delivered to Santacruz at the earliest.
