Dear sir,
I purchase a panasonic 32es480 dx smart led tv from new berco electronics uttam nagar 29 jun 2017.in this smart tv keyboard numerical, alphabetical and enter key is not working with smart function. Now installation person /sales area manager ayan and other no any support to resolve the issue. So request to you please resolve the issue or return my money asap
