HDMI and USB ports stopped working around 10th April 2017 and I logged a repair request with Panasonic via Job number R[protected]. Mr. Gyanendra, one of their techicians visited me and confirmed that the motherboard controller unit is shorted and the whole motherboard will need to be replaced. I have asked for the remplacement and am ready to pay for the new part, however no one has contacted me for over 2 weeks now and Mr. Gyanendra's phone is no longer reachable even after several tries. When I called Panasonic again they told me that the Job has closed successfully. I paid Rs. 75000 for a brand new TV only 3.5 years back and they are not able to provide a major part for the TV. Post sales service is too poor for being able to call Panasonic a reliable consumer brand. I have complained again now and waiting for someone to help me
