Panasonic — Panasonic ac 1.5 ton - cooling not working

I purchased panasonic ac 1.5 ton back in apr 2016. I found that cooling effect is not upto the mark in 2nd week of apr 2017 within warranty period. So i requested for service maintenance which was taken care by after multiple follow ups and free of cost as it is within warranty. The technician cleaned the machine.. Done deal... It was okay. Right from next day cooling is completely off. I raised complaint on phone (R[protected] so that someone can look at it and after continuos follow ups for 10 days, request was closed automatically on may 10 2017. When i called up and complained, technician was sent after 3 days and he mentioned gas is out and i will be charged for it. I was trying to tell that issue occurred during warranty and that first technician who did service maintenance is supposed to identify this but thay dont listen to me. Now i have to pump out 3000 rupees within 1 year from the product purchase. Is this really worthy for us to spend money time on purchasing panasonic product which has probably lowest quality components?
