I purchase one split ac panasonic from great eastern appliances pvt lts kolkata invoice no hbs/sa/1817/01445 dt. 12.4.16 for rs.30, 294/- but it is defective product not properly working. Please help me what i do now? They are not co-operation to replace or rectification the product. I am paray to you please help me. I am enclosed herewith all purchase documents

Please help me complain to you against purchaser great eastern appliancess pvt. ltd kolkata for purchase of one split AC 1.50 ton invoice no.hbs/sa/1667/01445 dt. 12.4.2016 for rs. 30, 294/- photo copy enclosed
