I bought a phone panasonic gd 25 c on 16/05/2016 . Within a few month there was a problem with the speaker so got it repaired by your service center which took about 30-35 days.But it started a new problem started that the headphone is not working. So i again gave my phone to the service center which they said that it will take 40days for repairs.The detail of job sheet no. KJASPMH5001216pi15205 asp codeKJASPMH500 on 24/12/2016.
I did not get any call from the service center till today. When i went to collect my phone today on 09/01/2017 the phone did not start and the job sheet was showing remarks "qc pending" and my phone was not delivered to me .
Penasonic having tag line "instant solutions" has kept my basic phone for 30+45 days for such a small problem which could have been repaired instantly out side out 360 days of warranty my phone is with you for more than 75 days . Is this the service which you all give to the coasumer.
Requested to get my phone repaired at an early date or i shall have to report this matter in cosumer foram.
