I have purchased Panasonic led tv model TH-50C300DX, serial No163PTVS00647 from authorised panasonic dealer aitdya vision on 27.08.2016, muzaffarpur, I have find black spot on screen size 3*4 inches left corner of tv and complaint local Panasonic service centre regarding black spot .two technical came to my residence and check the tv and unable to resolved the problem. they asked me i have to take the permission from higher level authority to repair the TV. after one month has passed no has come to resolve my problem
