With great displeasure, i would inform you that i had purchased one Eluga
A2 Phone in the month of December 2016 and the phone got dead last month
which is in warranty period. For repair, i had handed over the Phone to
your authorised service Center at RAIPUR, CHHATISGARH on 02.06.2017. But
even after 10 days i could not get the phone repaired and i got reply from
the service center that panasonic is not supporting for supply of parts and
they can't commit when my phone will be repaired.*
*I also contacted your customer care yesterday but could not get any
satisfactory reply.*
*Phone of other companies are getting repaired within 1-2 days but
unfortunately its a problem with your company. I have already submitted the copy
