I have brought tv "ashakiran agencies"- goa on 18/10/16 bill has done i have given complain twice. The complain is about my led tv that it has turn black. After first complain a person visited to my place i have explained him when he saw the tv he said dust particle has gone inside my ledtv that is why tv turn in to black. He asked copy of bill and warranty card. His contact no [protected] person visited to my house on 14 march. Second complain r[protected] dated 11 april 2017. Mr patil visited to my place he also said same thing. It is my new house opening is don in oct - 16 jan we came to stay at my new house tv used for only three month.
As i asked u r service people how its is possible that dust particle has gone to my tv where i stay on 3rd floor my house is clean which seen by mr patil who has visited to my place.in that case it mean its faulty panel or faulty ledtv. They reply we will clean the tv and we will give u back. As customer how i will agree on this that my whole led tv is turning black and they will clean and will give me back. As i told them i need return that hence forth it will not turn black i need warranty particular problem it will not happen again.
This is the only case happen to my tv which they found. As i told one of the pc might come faulty. How is it possible that dust particles has gone in my tv. I had panasonic plasma tv 8 years nothing happen to that tv and i never heard any brand led tv or lcd tv dust particle going in. It mean my led tv is faulty.
As from goa panasonic service centre are not responding past two month i am running behind.
