We have bought a panasonic soundbar but it started having same problem again and again in between 6 months.it has been taken to service centre 4 times. on the 5th time we made a complaint to their head for the replacement
within few days one of their service man came to take the product on behalf of the promise of replacement.but after a week they messaged us that your job is pending against the req no. due to the customer refusal of repair.so i want a quick action to be taken against them.
