Hi, i've a panasonic 4g phone (Imei [protected], [protected]) and am a careful user, one fine morning the touch screen stopped working at certain areas. The service centre at cochin have been un helpful and arrogant and me as a factory worker don't have the time to run after 20 year kids asking then to sort it as the mobile is under warranty, please call me at [protected].
