Panasonic — Panasonic th 32c410d : usb not working

I have purchased panasonic th 32c410d 32 inch led tv on dec, 2016. It has two usb connectivity but it is not working.

Usb is not detecting my 1 tb external har disk or pen drive.

Even its customer care is very pathetic. I have registered my complaint with them many times but they were not responding.

Please resolve it asap.

My mobile speakar problem than i goto service centre than that person behave very Irresponsibility than such i goto out side chech and change my Speakar on paid 800
