On 13th april, 2017 i contacted customer care for extension of ewc from [protected], the executive said that u ll receive a call asap for the same till 18 no call was received so i again contacted customer care from another number and as there was some issue i wanted to talk to senior to resolve that issue and as no senior was available at that time, he registered the complaint and said that a senior will call u shortly. Till today no call was received again then i again contacted customer care 2 times and both times my call was disconnected in between and for the 3rd time i contacted senior. During conversation, as i wanted to ask THAT WHETHER THEY GIVE DISCOUNT IN THE RATE OF EWC FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD AS WE HAVE NOT UTILISED ANY SERVICE FOR THE LAST PERIOD OF EWC, I GIVE REFERENCE OF GODREJ, AS GODREJ COMPANU HAS GIVEN US A DISCOUNT FOR EXTENDED AMC AS WE HAVE NOT UTILISED ITS SERVICES IN THE LAST AMC, HE ASKED ME NOT TO USE GODREJ NAME AND TO TELL HIM THE ISSUE ABOUT PANASONIC, WELL WHY I SHOULD NOT USE THE NAME OF GODREJ, IF I HAVE TO GIVE REFERENCE OF OTHER COMPANIES THAT WE ARE RECEIVING SUCH BENEFITS FROM THEM SO WILL YOUR COMPANY WILL PROVIDE THE SAME, I HAVE TO GIVE REFERENCE AND I WILL GIVE REFERENCE. YOU CAN NOT TELL ME WHAT TO DO AND WHAT NOT TO DO..
HERE A SUGGESTION, START GIVING DISCOUNT TO THOSE CUSTOMERS WHO GAVE MONEY FOR EWC ETC FOR A CERTAIN PERIOD AND DOESNOT UTILISE THE SERVICE FOR THAT PERIOD AND WANT TO EXTEND THE SAME TO RETAIN YOUR CUSTOMERS.
