I have bought a washing machine top load fully automatic from you all about 1.5 years back.
I have relocated to a new house in bangalore and i have been calling your call center[protected]
1. I have called 7 times since wednesday - 3rd may 2017
2. I asked for re-installation (Very clearly mentioning) this is re-installation and i will pay the required charges
3. I continue to call your call center to get a service technician to come down
4. You call center reps have such poor communication skills that it's actually painful to talk to them, forget about english they can't even talk in vernacular language
5. Today again i called exactly at 3:46 pm and your call center rep kept me on hold as soon as he answered and didnt even ask me for any details, phone number, my problems etc
6. After all that he tells me there is no request / complaint against my number and he is extremely rude
7. He was totally unsuitable for the role he was in and said i didn't take your complain earlier, who did i speak to and it's a problem of that person - that's beyond any of the poorest call centers i have ever dealt with
8 anyway the result of your such poor service and poor call center is that i am waiting now after 7 calls and 3 days and no one has come for re-installation
I bought a product from you guys and shame on you that you are treating me so badly. I am buying another washing machine as gift for my friend. Believe me i will buy anything now but panasonic. I do want to mention your call center in bangalore is worst. I have dealt with kolkata panasonic call center and it wasn't this bad. Was this information helpful? |
