Dear concern,
I jignesh k patel brought led tv model no. Th-32a300dx on 14 oct 2014. After using till date there is no issue but on date 27 feb 2017 my tv shut off (No picture only sound), so i raised register complaint to customer care and they sent me service request no. Lcd/ledisr[protected] and yours service person came to check the tv, after checking tv service person tell me there is back light issue and have to replace the same which cost me around rs.4500. So i agreed to do the same and they take my tv with them for repairing. After one week i called back for the result then they shock me by telling that "your tv's panel was also not functioning", so i ask them to return back as it is. After receiving my tv i turned on tv and what i see my panel have many cracks, so i immediately called service person he told me "when we are going to replace the back light yours tv panel getting cracked which is normally happens when trying to replacing the back light and he told me you have to pay rs.15000 for new panel replacement".
So after all that i again register complaint for physical damaged while repairing at service station on date 07 march 2017 complaint no. R[protected]. And after registering same i called up mr. Jirag service head surat. He told me we have put purposal for replacement of your tv after deducting wear and tear. So they called me and told that you have to pay rs.6700 for replacement so as good customer and humanity i do agree to do the same but then by yesterday evening he called up again and told me as your tv panel was damaged so you have to pay rs.14600 for getting replacement.
I request you to please look in to this matter urgently and do justice. I don't want let world getting know that reputed company panasonic will doing that type of injustice to customer.
