I have purchased a new cell phone panasonic eluga turbo from online marketing flipkart.com on dated 29/10/2016. Our product id is od[protected]. After few month phone creates some problem so that i took phone to local service center. While repairing problem the phone has damaged in service center.in that condition panasonic brand give me doa certificate to replace the handset. But at this condition flipkart rejected to pick the phone because of damage, and suggest me to talk with brand. But brand has not communicate me.
So i kindly request to panasonic company to replace my handset with doa certificate or refund my money on my account.
