I regret to inform you that, I have a lot of electronic items from Panasonic brand.
1. Double cassette receiver (model SA-CH46)
2. DVD Home theatre sound system ((Model No. SA-XH165)
3. LCD TV (Model No. TH-L32U30D)
4. Mobile Phone (Eluga Arc) Build No. EB-90S47Arv1036.
Unfortunately these above said items now not in working condition. I contacted your service centre several times.
LCD TV
Once service engineer visited my home and suggest changing board from LCD TV. And coast they informed me is very high (Rs. 8000/-)
In fact, in our market we will get new 32’ LED TV’s below Rs. 15, 000/- in another brand with one year warranty, Then why I spent Rs. 8000/- only for board..?
CASSETTE PLAYER
Last year I send my Cassette player to nearest Panasonic service centre at “Alappuzha”, KERALA. (60 kms. from my Home)
But they check and told me, the board damaged new board not available.
DVD Home Theatre (5.1)
DVD Player checked in Panasonic service centre at “Kottayam, KERALA.
At the beginning the problem only was, centre speaker not worked, after their service only one speaker is working.
I am not satisfied your services and quality of items,
If you are not willing to solve my these problems,
I compel to post these issues in all social Medias with photos.
