As my panasonic mobile was not working, it had stopped completely, i put it for servicing at universal enterprises, sarasbaug, pune on payment of rs.100/- for checking what's wrong. The service centre employee called and said on charges of 1650/- they would repair the mobile which i agreed to. After two days they asked me to collect the mobile where they had changed the old battery to new and the charging slot. But the phone was not in working condition. They demanded 100/- checking charges once again to check now what's wrong with the phone, which i paid on the spot.in total i paid rs. 1850/- for no services received. After two days the employee called up and said on charges of 3500/- he would further repair my mobile for me or leave it as it is. When i went to collect my mobile he spoke very rudely calling me a liar and telling the mobile was in working condition when repaired earlier.
The panasonic company/authorities are requested to take serious action against this universal enterprises, sarasbaug, pune service station and the employees appointed there.
Now what do i do with the non working panasonic mobile?
Is it better to buy a new handset (No more panasonic models for me!) instead of paying rs. 5000/- plus to repair the panasonic mobile.
