Panasonic — Viera th cs510d ec42 / sound speaker not working

I am using panasonic led tv of model no. Viera_thcs510d_ec42 since 11 months. Today suddenly its sound is not working. I have checked all basic preliminary steps, still is not working. I think there might be any hardware problem in internal speaker. Kindly send any service engineer to my home.
