Panasonic — washing machine

I complaint before two months back regarding my washing machine, & one guy has come & the motherboard of machine is damage, he took motherboard himself & 1000 rs in advance & said after few days back i call to him but he said u have to install new motherboard & that part is not available in market so i said please give mi back my old part & 1000 rs back so after that he is not picking a phone calls so i want my old part & 1000 rs
